Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
No, utilities are not included in the monthly rent. We will help guide you in setting up all of the necessary utilities.
Is there high speed internet access?
Yes! You are responsible for contacting the internet company for set up.
Can I have any pets?
No, we currently do not allow pets.
I have an electric vehicle, will I be able to charge this on site?
Yes, there will be two EV units for charging however you are responsible for paying to charge your vehicle.
Before I apply, I want to tour the building. Where can I set up a tour?
On our homepage, there is a link that says “Apply Now”. This will take you to the application as well as a request form to set up a tour at your convenience.
Our goal is to have the first building complete for a December 1st move in date!
